READY FOR REAL-WORLD WI-FI

Keep the welcome
moving.

The scanner checks with the server first. If the connection drops, you choose whether your team can continue with synchronized guest data.

  • Server-confirmed admissions when connected
  • Optional offline fallback with pending status
  • Automatic synchronization when connectivity returns

Two disconnected devices can temporarily accept the same QR. Conflicts are flagged after sync. For stricter events, require server confirmation.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Focused on private guest access.
Simple enough for your next event.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests open their personal link from an email and show their QR pass. They can also save the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Can I use an existing Excel or CSV file?

Yes. The first version starts with your already-confirmed guest list. Import names, email addresses and guest categories, then issue individual access passes. RSVP and approval workflows are planned for a later version.

Can several people scan at the same time?

Yes. Your team opens the same event scan link. Each person enters the event PIN, chooses a checkpoint and names their device before starting a scan session. You can identify which device recorded each arrival.

What happens if the internet drops?

The scanner tries the server first. When offline fallback is enabled and the device has synchronized the guest list, it can record arrivals locally as pending and sync them when the connection returns. Events that require server confirmation can disable offline fallback.

What if someone presents the same QR twice?

Connected duplicate scans are refused by the server. A second scan on the same device is blocked locally. Two disconnected devices can temporarily accept the same QR; after synchronization, the server keeps the authoritative first check-in and flags the other scan as a conflict.

Does the first version include RSVP or re-entry?

The first version issues passes to guests you have already confirmed and records their first admission. RSVP, approval workflows and re-entry are planned separately.
